End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the educational content, coaching materials, resources, software, downloads, recordings, templates, documents, and other materials provided by ClearEdge Trading ("we", "our", "us").

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any of our content or services, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content for your personal educational purposes only.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Access purchased content through approved platforms
• Download resources where downloads are enabled
• Use educational materials for your own personal learning
• Participate in coaching sessions and community discussions where applicable

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share your account access with others
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish our content
• Record, stream, or redistribute coaching sessions without permission
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit our materials
• Upload our content to websites, communities, social media platforms, AI training datasets, or file-sharing services
• Present our content as your own work
• Circumvent access controls or security measures

Any unauthorized use immediately terminates the license granted under this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by ClearEdge Trading, including but not limited to videos, documents, templates, frameworks, branding, graphics, recordings, educational materials, and proprietary methodologies, remains our exclusive property unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in this Agreement grants ownership rights to any content.

5. Educational Disclaimer

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing contained within our materials constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding profits, trading performance, account growth, consistency, or any specific outcome.

Past performance, examples, demonstrations, case studies, and testimonials are not guarantees of future results.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our content and services at any time if:

• This Agreement is violated
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Account sharing is detected
• Content is distributed without authorization
• Community rules or Terms of Service are violated

Upon termination, your right to access and use the content ends immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearEdge Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of our content, services, coaching, or educational materials.

Use of our materials is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Continued use of our content after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
